Little oasis in the middle of the village! Nättraby – Karlskrona

Come and enjoy your own little oasis, in the small village near the sea, archipelago and city. Make your own pizza in the orangery, enjoy a hot tub and a playful garden or borrow the SUP board/kayak and get to the nearest beach. The house is surrounded by exercise tracks/trails in a nice forest environment. Bus and archipelago traffic is between 400-700 meters away. There are seats for 70 people in our small kitchen garden that surrounds the orangery. NOTE: The cat Majlis lives in the house and needs some food sometimes. The space The house was built in the early 1900s and includes several smaller rooms and spaces. Charming and quirky! The lower floor consists of a larger kitchen which is the heart of the house. The kitchen faces the terrace in the southwest. On the terrace there is a dining area, hot tub and hammock. The gas stove is what applies both here and in the orangery. On the lower floor, there is also a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (small room) with direct access to the terrace/hot tub. A colorful living room with sofas and tables goes together with a colorful hall with a lot of storage space. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140 bed of luxurious model. The second bedroom is a children's room with bunk bed. The bed is 90 wide in the upper bunk and 120 wide in the lower bunk. There is also a toilet/shower/laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. The heart of the upper floor is the living room/TV room/playroom. There is a sofa bed with 160 cm sleeping width, smart TV, rib chair and Roman rings. Balcony with morning sun and seating furniture. Orangery A 30 sqm orangery built of recycled materials is surrounded by a kitchen garden. In the middle of the orangery is an old olive tree and to the left is a full-scale restaurant kitchen with pizza oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and work surfaces. To the right are seating areas. A good sound system is also available. Garden Grass areas, trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, tree house. Carport With space for one car and the possibility of charging. Gravel parking Opposite the house there is a larger gravel parking lot. Guest access All spaces in the residential house can be used. Orangery, small greenhouse and playhouse are fully accessible. Basement spaces are private. Other things to note The accommodation is a year-round accommodation for a family of 5. It's an old house with all that that entails and there's often some renovation work going on that the guest needs to be aware of. The accommodation is rented out in a family-friendly condition and will be prepared as well as possible. (No "move-in cleaning"). The accommodation is emptied of clothes, toiletries and refrigerated goods. Otherwise, personal belongings will remain. If you want to rent/borrow a box bike/bikes, kayak, SUP board, it needs to be booked in advance.
