Guest-room in Rietz

I rent 1 room in my flat for guests, that is perfect for short visits. Guests can use the room as well as Bath / Toilet. As i live in this flat, I will be here during your stay Please note that this is no holiday apartment - for rent is 1 room only. Its not allowed to use the kitchen, as i faced some really bad experiences already. The space This flat was built in 2019 - its modern and clean as you can see on the pictures. The guest room contains a queen-size Bed (160cm wide) for 2 persons and my guest have their own area in the cuppoard to store there things. The big roof-terrace is situated to south-west, with a beautiful view to the mountains and fields of our nice little town. During summer months, the sun shines until approx 19:30 evening. Bath and toillet in 2 seperate rooms. Kitchen is not included! ATTENTION: This is no holiday-apartment, its a room for rent - for guests that want to use a complete flat for their own - please book an apartment in that case. Guest access 2nd floor, flat number 8 - it is very important to inform me about your arrival in advance, then i will come and show you the way to my flat. Pls wait in a neutral zone - as there are 8 other flats in this house and my neighbours don't like it when guests wait in front of their windows. During your stay I will be there after your arrival
