A spacious 2BR boutique apartment in Braddon, a stone’s throw from Lonsdale Street for amazing coffee, food and boutique shopping. The space My place is a 2bedroom en-suite apartment on the 2nd floor (no lift, topfloor), the master room has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has a double bed and TV. Both beds are very comfortable. Large balcony which is private and not accessible from the street or by neighbours. Access to the balcony from living area which are all north facing. Kitchen with all utensils, dining table, 3 seater couch and arm chair, large TV with Netflix and HDMI sockets. The Bathroom/laundry combined with washing machine & dryer. Shower over bath with good water pressure. Breakfast items provided and some general cooking items. I provide all bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent by Zero Co. We are dog friendly, there is a doggy door onto the balcony and grassy area in the complex. Please let me know if you’re bringing your furbaby and please clean up after their ablutions. It’s an easy walk into Braddon and the city the tram stop is 5 minutes walk away as well. Haig park is at your doorstep, Haig park holds a lot of community events, pop up bars, weekly Sunday farmers market and monthly paws party for the furbabies. Everything is very accessible from our apartment. Guest access Access to all areas when renting out the entire house, but please be mindful this is my home so please treat it as you would your own. Other things to note No parties, no smoking, please be mindful of noise between 11pm and 7am. Thank you
