Country Home w/ Pool on 8 Acres! Sports Court!

An amazing 3900 sf home with incredible views from our floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the wrap around deck. The home sits on 8 wooded acres with plenty of room to explore and unwind. The Master Suite includes a King Bed, garden tub, vanity, dual sinks, and a shower with three heads. You’ll enjoy the full workout area and family room downstairs and the heated swimming pool added in February of 2022. Prepare a feast with 3 available ovens. You are going to love this home! The space You are welcome to use our space and use it as your own. We ask that you keep clothing, electronics, and other personal items in their place. You're welcome to use all appliances, furnishings, towels, linens, soaps, etc during your stay. Enjoy the fire pit in the upper woods. Make s’mores, cook hot dogs, or just sit around the fire and talk. (Please check http://www.oregon.gov/ODF/Fire/Pages/Restrictions.aspx for details of when fires are appropriate.) We are always upgrading the exterior and making improvements on the interior. This can lead to changing landscapes and new areas (pantry, laundry, mud room) that are not completed, but they are functional. Please ask questions, if you have any concerns. Guest access You may access everything that is not locked. You are welcome to use the kayaks, if you so choose. (No ATVs, or motorized vehicles.) Other things to note The pictures included here show the lawn in June. The lawn is more green in the winter months and more brown in July & August. After adding the pool, pickleball court, and basketball court, the landscaping is in process. Today it is bare ground in areas, gravel in others, beautiful grass fields, and ready for garden beds, boxes, and stonework. This is a large undertaking, which we hope to have completed in July / Aug. We have updated photos included to show the newly added Sports & Swimming area.
