Suite + Studio in downtown Carleton Place

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Stay with friends! This unit features 3 bedrooms. The main floor studio (Queen bed) features its own kitchenette and full en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is another full bathroom, kitchenette and two more bedrooms (king and queen beds). The space The downstairs unit features a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom, TV, closet and kitchenette. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, another kitchenette with a small table, and a full bathroom. The main bedroom features a king bed with TV, seating area and clothing storage. The secondary bedroom features a queen bed, TV and seating area. Both kitchenettes are supplied with everything you need to create a simple meal (no oven, but they do have toaster ovens and induction burners). Each kitchenette also has a small seating area for 2 people to dine. Each bedroom has it's own seating area, however the unit does not have a distinct "living room" area. The unit accessible from a dedicated entrance at the back of our century home. Guest access This unit is accessible from a dedicated Airbnb entrance at the back of the house. There are steps down from the driveway and stairs within the unit; the studio on the main floor only has one step, but the other two bedrooms which are in the suite are on the second level and the staircase is a bit narrower and steeper than a standard staircase; the upstairs unit therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility or balance issues. Driveway parking is limited to two standard-sized vehicles per reservation but street parking is available and free (pls see house manual or message for details) You will receive a code for the door the morning of your reservation. Other things to note As the home is a century home there will be some noise transfer. Although the kitchens have microwave, fridge, induction burner, toaster and toaster oven, they do not have a full-size oven. There is parking available for two standard sized vehicles in the driveway and there is ample street parking available for larger vehicles. The AC is installed seasonally in the bedrooms. The suite is located on the second level up a stair case that is slightly narrower and steeper than a standard staircase; this might not be suitable for those with mobility or balance issues. The studio is on the main floor but there are still a few steps, and a cobbled terrace. Carleton place is not located in Ottawa; we are about 25 minutes from Kanata and 44 from downtown Ottawa, and about 50 minutes from YOW
