Cozy up on the couch and enjoy a glass of wine. Rent a kayak and enjoy a 2.5 or 7.5 mile trip. Centrally located, we are within 10 minutes of over a dozen wineries, numerous restaurants, 10 minutes to The Spire, 20 minutes to Geneva On The Lake. Download the app "visit Ashtabula county", and see the many places and events in the area. The space Welcome to our 6 acre property, located 80 feet above Grand River, and 800 feet from the road. For GPS reasons, you'll need to enter Austinburg instead of Geneva, but it's worth it! There is plenty of room to park your vehicle, even an RV or a boat! This quiet, peaceful apartment is surrounded by trees and has a private balcony 11 feet off the ground, giving you a great view of Grand River. You'll be surrounded by birds galore - cardinals, orioles, colorful woodpeckers, etc. We've even spotted eagles soaring by! The apartment is attached to the host's home by a large mudroom. Once you're inside, there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry room. The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom can sleep 4 with a double bed, twin bunk and a twin trundle bed. There is also a pullout couch for 2, and a pullout chair for one, both in the living room. There is a television in the living room, and another in the second bedroom. So come tour one of the many wineries, eat at one of the nearby restaurants, go to the beach, play at The Spire, gallivant at Geneva On The Lake, do some kayaking (for an extra fee), or just relax, play some board games, make a puzzle, barbecue some dinner, read a book and enjoy a glass of wine.
