Detached mansion from 1920 with garden in the nicest district of Nijmegen (East). For 8 people. Close to the forest and the polder and a 5-minute drive from Nijmegen city center. Our monumental, cozy and spacious house has all the comforts. Parking is available in front of the door and is free. Around the corner is a bus stop with connection to the city and the station. In the immediate vicinity are (international) supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream parlor and various other shops. The space On the ground floor, there is a living room (room and suite), kitchen with cooking island, hall with toilet and a storage room. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed, as well as the bathroom with shower and 2nd toilet. The basement is a large, bright living room with another comfortable double sofa bed. The garden is fenced and has both sun and shade at all times of the day, BBQ available. Guest access The entire home and garden are available. Other things to note Our house is really our home! Feel as at home in our house as we do, make use of everything, but with the request to handle our belongings, home and neighborhood with care. The house is therefore not suitable for a group of young people or for parties and is also non-smoking.
