The best characteristic of this apartment is its location. We are located in prime WIlliamsburg, one of NYC's most sought after neighborhoods! This apartment is perfect for a no frills traveler that wants a simple place to come home to in a great location. This apartment is wonderfully placed in Central Williamsburg where there are lots of cute cafes, restaurants, and vintage stores. The apartment is just 2 blocks away from the beloved street, Bedford Avenue! This is a shared apartment!!! The space This is a BEDROOM within a SHARED 5 bedroom/ ONE SHARED BATHROOM apartment. The apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR and the windows are STREET FACING. Please beware that you will likely be able to hear the traffic and people passing on the nearby street. Each of the 5 bedrooms will likely be occupied during your stay. Whether thats by me or other tenants/guests, please be aware that this is a shared space. You may hear or see other guests during your stay. There is one shared bathroom so please take this into consideration before booking. Guest access There is one shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room between all 5 rooms. You are welcome to use the kitchen utensils and appliances. If you use the common areas, please be sure to pick up after yourself for the sake of the other guests. There is complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted in the shower. My cleaners will provide you with a clean bath towel in your room. As for parking, there is free public street parking on our block and the neighboring blocks. The area is quite popular so you may not find a space immediately available, in which case I recommend circling around a couple times until on e frees up.
