The space Our home is ready for you to relax, with many conveniences: a washer and dryer; a fully functioning kitchen with everything you need to make anything from a simple sandwich to a full blown, four course meal…and we can’t forget the coffee lovers…ninja coffeemaker available with options to brew k-cups or grounds, single serving or a full pot; dishwasher makes for easy cleanup; dining table seats 6. The comfy living room features a gas fireplace that will heat the whole main space with the simple click of a button on the remote; lots of streaming choices for you on the tv (our high speed internet makes streaming a breeze) or a dvd player with plenty of dvds available to choose from. Several board or card games also on hand to enjoy! Move on outside (deck furniture/grill available seasonally: May-Sept/Oct weather dependent) and enjoy the deck with a comfy couch next to a cozy gas fire, two rocking chairs and my favorite egg chair perfect for reading or watching the hummingbirds or leaves fall. A propane grill is also available to cook on, or build a fire in the nearby fire pit and cook hotdogs and s’more’s! 6 Adirondack chairs and side tables as well as a hammock right by the fire pit for easy enjoyment. We also have corn hole boards with bean bags available for you to enjoy some friendly competition outside if you get tired of relaxing. The size is perfect for a romantic couple’s getaway, or for a family of 4-7. It also has the privacy of a bed/bath on opposite ends of the house for two couples traveling together or a nice space for a business tripper - with two full bathrooms, two bedrooms each with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of dresser and closet space, and a full/twin bunkbed and desk in the 3rd room. This is our home away from home and we still live here often, so when we say we keep it clean and comfortable as if we were staying there ourselves, we mean it! You will forget the busy world is only minutes away with this perfect spot to hide away. Guest access We have locked the door in the laundry room that goes to the garage and also added a lock to the closet in the office where we have stored some personal belongings. The rest of the home is accessible to you. There is also a small shed on the side of the house behind the trash and recycling bins that is empty and unlocked for you to store your outdoor gear that you’d like to keep out of the elements: bikes, skis, snowboards, golf clubs, snow shoes etc. Other things to note No smoking or vaping/e-cigarettes of any kind on the property. A $300 fee will be imposed and you will be asked to leave immediately
