It includes air conditioned bedrooms and a garage space at the property. The space The "ferienhaus-Burgenland" is located in the charming Burgenland Seewinkel next to Lake Neusiedl. It is the ideal stay for cyclists, wine connoisseurs, families and people who want to spend a quiet holiday in a Burgenland village. Apartment with 120m² has two bedrooms with 4-5 beds, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen and living area with 40m². There are additional cribs and children's chairs in two different sizes available for children. (For larger groups, a combination with the studio is ideal). The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of dishes for 8 people. The center of the living room forms a fireplace with a cozy seating set, from which you can overlook the entire garden through the panoramic glass wall. Here and in one bedroom there is a flat screen TV with satellite TV connection. The spacious terrace with umbrella and seating set leads to the garden planted with fruit trees, which is secluded and reserved only for the apartment residents. Guest access The entire ground floor of the house forms the apartment and is used exclusively by the apartment residents. Other things to note There is a free parking space for one car on the premises. However, it can also be parked free of charge on the street (good parking situation). Bikes from the landlord can be rented (also daily).
