The space The property is conveniently located along the Pan-Philippine Highway, making it an easy stop on your way to Manila or Bicol. There's a popular eatery in the front block that serves delicious Gotong Batangas. You'll find two community grocery stores—Baldovino and Ellera—within walking distance, and a bakery is just across the street. For those using public transport, tricycles, buses, and jeepneys are readily available just outside the property. This place is perfect for a quick stay, whether you’re stopping overnight or just for the day while traveling or on vacation. Additionally, shopping centers such as New One Mall and LCC Mall are just 5 minutes away in town. You’ll also find grocery stores, a wet and dry market, Jollibee, and other local restaurants, all easily accessible by tricycle or private car. If you’re new to the area, be sure to have cash or use GCash for your shopping and dining needs. There are banks with ATMs available in town. We have town attractions for celebration for relaxation at Santino Farmville and Matinik Beach. Other things to note Please note that the guest house is situated atop a hill, requiring guests to walk-up approximately 75 steps from the highway. The pathway leading to the property is somewhat secluded and may not be easily for individuals with disabilities or seniors due to the slightly steep stairs leading up from the road.
