Icy View Guestroom

See Nome's beautiful scenery from the guest room window of our Icy View home. (Icy View is a small subdivision 2 miles from Nome.) Anvil Mountain and Dredge #5 are the backdrop, and musk ox herds often rest in the tundra behind the house. The room is private with a shared bathroom. Amenities in the room include a recliner, Keurig, and mini fridge stocked with breakfast items. Guest access Our family also lives a busy Nome life as an adventurous homeschooling family. Our two sons are still in highschool, and seeking every chance to get out in the countryside to hunt ptarmigan, snowboard the mountain behind the house, or like today: they’re spearfishing for flounder at the river mouth! You’re welcome to use the kitchen as needed or visit in the living room in the evenings.
