This newly refurbished townhouse annex comfortably sleeps up to 4 + 2 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a double sofabed,, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It comes with high-speed WiFi, coffee machine, travel cot, high chair, and a fan. Set to the rear of the main property, it is quiet, and private, but close to all the amenities and excellent transport links in St Clements. The space This property is within walking distance to the City Centre, college grounds, Angel Meadow, River Cherwell, Oxford Brookes University, JR Hospital, and the restaurants and bars of St Clements and the famous, eclectic Cowley Road. It also offers convenient transport links to London, Heathrow, Gatwick and beyond, making it the perfect location for your stay in Oxford. SLEEPING There are two beautifully decorated and cozy bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King-size bed, desk and chair, located on the first floor at the front of the property. Bedroom 2: King-size bed, located on the first floor at the rear of the property. All beds are made up with high-quality hotel linen. A travel cot is available, but please note that linen and bedding are not provided. An electric fan is also available for your comfort. CHILLING OUT Enjoy your favorite shows on a large TV with a variety of channels, plus apps like Netflix. You can cast from your device or stream using your own account. EATING The kitchen is fully equipped with: Kettle, Toaster, Microwave Oven, Gas Hobs Fridge, Freezer Dishwasher Filter Coffee Machine (please note, ground coffee is not provided but can be easily purchased locally) A high chair is also available. FRESHENING UP Bathroom 1: Shower, WC & Basin / Ground Floor Washing machine, iron, ironing board and hair dryer included. *Towels, bath mats and travel-sized consumables are provided* BUSINESS High speed Wifi (up to 100Mbps speed) is available throughout the property OUTSIDE Guests have full access to the entire property, including the yard. DISCOUNTS ** 20% off ‘Food’ menu at Caffè Ethos,, Oxford, for all guests ** Offer not valid on Saturdays - Offer not valid during 25th November - 25th December - All other menus including ‘Bottomless Brunch’, ‘Drinks’ and ‘Christmas’ are excluded. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the yard. The front door is equipped with a secure smart lock system. A PIN code will be provided in advance for self check-in, which can be done anytime after 3pm. Other things to note SELF CHECK IN Check-in is available after 3pm, and check-out must be completed by 11am. An additional fee will apply if guests check in early or check out late without prior approval. CLEANING/ LINEN The property will be fully cleaned and stocked with fresh linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning is not included, but please feel free to contact us if you would like to arrange a cleaning service with fresh linen and towels for an additional fee. Please note that linen and bedding for the travel cot are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own if needed. We provide a small supply of essentials (such as toilet roll and travel-sized shampoo/conditioner) to get your stay started, and we will recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more once you’ve settled in. PARKING Unfortunately, there is no parking on my property, but there is a paid car park directly across from the house (St. Clements car park). For affordable local parking options, I highly recommend using 'JustPark' online. Alternatively, you can use Thornhill Park and Ride, located near J8/M40, which charges £4 per day for up to 3 days. From there, it's just a 15-minute bus ride (bus number 400) to the house in St. Clements.
