The Mall Chalet

The Mall Chalet is a self contained spacious apartment, ground floor overlooking the Erne estuary. The Chalet is semi detached, a sister to the wonderful Downstairs Cottage. The Chalet is in the heart of ballyshannon town, minutes walk to town centre, tucked away in the quite lush gardens of the Mall. The Chalet is in a quite private part of town with stunning views. Ballyshannon is Irelands olders town steaped in history - There are beautiful walkways, beaches and seaside resorts close by. The space The Mall Chalet is a ground floor semi detached apartment with its own private patio with loungers and outdoor dining area. The gardens surrounding the Chalet are also enjoyed by Moundfield House and Downstairs Cottage ,the Chalets sister properties. There is a kitchenette to prepair snacks consisting of mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Extra bedding is provided for the sofa double bed and a travel cot if required. There are tiled steps from the Chalet to the closet and restroom facilities so it may not suit young crawlers/ toddler/ children or anyone with poor mobility. you can park privately at the gateway to Chalet entrance for easy access. Guest access The Chalet has its own private Patio for Chalet guests only. The surrounding gardens and lands are shared spaces with Moundfield House, Downstairs Cottage and all the wonderful farm animals that have their home here. Other things to note It is normal to see a sheep, hen or duck outside your window on your stay. The animals are there to be enjoyed by the guests, they live peacefully in the gardens and are used to guests greeting them.
