Our guest unit is a mix of rustic 1890s farmhouse and cozy mountain retreat, providing comfort and convenience to unplug and enjoy the outdoors or to work remotely - with high speed wifi and a view! The space has a private entrance, front porch, 2 upstairs bedrooms, well appointed kitchenette, large living room (can add an air mattress) and two desks/workspaces. Our 67 acre wooded property offers reliably incredible sunsets and star gazing, trails for hiking, and a spring-fed pond for dips. The space Our 2 story guest house has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen & 1 King which can also be arranged as 2 Twin XLs), 1 full bathroom, a very well appointed kitchenette, and a spacious living space with a small dining area. We have fiber optic internet service and two desks set up for remote working. Exposed brick, original wood beams wood floors create a rustic atmosphere. Our property is 67 acres of wooded hillside. We have fabulous sunset views over the valley to the west. We have a spring fed pond for swimming in Summer / Fall months, and plenty of woods trails and space to roam and explore. During certain weather conditions in Winter and Spring our steep dirt road can require an AWD vehicle. There is also a back entrance to our road that can be easier access for FWD vehicles. Please contact with any questions about road access. Guest access You'll have your own house, sharing the 67 acre property with your hosts. A parking area for 2 guest cars, a private spring fed pond for swimming, sunbathing, hiking, and outdoor dining. Enjoy! Other things to note We are located just a 3 min drive outside of downtown South Royalton a very small town that is home to Vermont Law & Graduate School, the South Royalton Market Cooperative Food Store, The Worthy Burger, First Branch Coffee and Carlita's Cantina. We are 30 mins from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. Please not that our road is steep and can be slippery during certain conditions in winter and spring.
