Before booking, please kindly read the following guidelines: Small Events: Events with fewer than 50 people are allowed. Event/Party Charge: There is an RM500 charge for any events or parties. This fee covers trash disposal and special cleaning required after the event. Event Timing: Outdoor events/parties must end by 10:30 PM. For indoor parties, please lower the volume after 10:30 PM. House Rules: Please read our house rules carefully to avoid any disagreements or misunderstandings. Pool Use: Children must be supervised by an adult, proper swimwear when using the pool Mahjong Table: Any damage to the automatic Mahjong table will result in a charge.
