There is a washer and dryer for your use as well. The property has easy access from Denver / Golden etc., and just 2.9 miles from the Ameristar and 0.9 miles to Peak to Peak Scenic Byway (runs from Estes Park to I-70). Owner lives on upper levels of the house. Guest access Private door entry - you will receive an electronic door entry code, for access. Changed with each guest, of course. Other things to note Guest have ground level, with their own private entry. Think of it as an "Up and Down" Duplex, with the owner living on upper level (owner parks in garage, and goes upstairs in the detached garage/studio, and across the upper deck for owner access). Owner works is Denver, and is quiet, and will come and go -- but, be assured, you'll have you privacy, Also, the house is on well water, which is excellent -- for those that prefer to only drink bottled, that won't be of concern.
