New Build Apartment in Smithfield

Beautiful, fully furnished main-level apartment in northern Utah with private entrance. Completed in Feb 2024, it's next to the Smithfield Temple and close to Utah State University, Logan, and Bear Lake. Enjoy mountain views, cool summers, and a peaceful stay. Ideal for vacationing guests and families or those visiting family in the area. Please note: we do not accommodate work crews or group business bookings. The space Our apartment is a brand new 700 square foot apartment that we included as part of our new home build. It is completely private from the main home so you can enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. The home itself is located just outside of Smithfield, Utah on a private lane with newer homes recently built or under construction. The home is situated on 3 acres of land where we grow alfalfa, vegetables, and cut flowers! We are currently working on landscaping and other things to make this an even better place to stay in the future. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sized sofa bed. The apartment works great for couples or families with kids. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the mother-in-law apartment. Eventually, as we work on the yard and outdoor space, guests will have access to the yard and outdoor amenities. Other things to note We do not have a coffeemaker in the apartment, but we do have some treats for you to enjoy upon your arrival. We do not allow bikes, outside toys, or tools inside the space.
