The space Our apartment is a brand new 700 square foot apartment that we included as part of our new home build. It is completely private from the main home so you can enjoy your stay in peace and privacy. The home itself is located just outside of Smithfield, Utah on a private lane with newer homes recently built or under construction. The home is situated on 3 acres of land where we grow alfalfa, vegetables, and cut flowers! Recently landscaped, we continue to improve the space to give our guests an even better experience as when they stay at our place. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen sized sofa bed. The apartment works great for couples or families with kids. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the mother-in-law apartment. We continue to work on the outdoor space so that guests will have access to the yard and outdoor amenities. Other things to note We do not have a coffeemaker in the apartment, but we do have some treats for you to enjoy upon your arrival. We do not allow bikes, outside toys, or tools inside the space.
