The apartment "Stromberg" offers you lovingly complete furnishings with a lot of coziness. There is a garden, books, PlayStation, hammock, children's toys and lots of peace and quiet for your relaxation. The garden is used exclusively by you! The space Welcome to the cozy apartment "Stromberg" in Erligheim. The apartment "Stromberg" on the ground floor is fully equipped & offers all the amenities of daily needs as well as a garden that belongs exclusively to this apartment. On the same level is the guest toilet with a small sink, which is also only used by you. In the living room you will find many books, a PlayStation with 5 controllers, board games and a children's play corner. You can sleep here in the living area for two on the brand new queen size bed (1.80 wide x 2.00 long). Of course, the free Wi-Fi, many different charging cables as well as hand & bath towels, the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. Your place is in my terraced corner house directly on level 0. The apartment on the 2nd floor is permanently rented and on the 2nd floor (attic) my son lives. In the basement there is another guest room (if you want to book it, please use the other listing...) and the shared laundry room. Here you will find a dryer and washing machine for everyone and your bathroom. However, the shower is only part of your apartment - the room is of course lockable. I live in the house opposite and am therefore always available for questions. The apartment is very quiet. A children's playground, bakery, bank, post office and a great pizzeria are within walking distance. At the exit of our village there is still a discount store and two seasonal broom shops. The bike path is right next to us in the field and offers varied tours. Tripsdrill amusement park is a 10-minute drive away. The cities of Heilbronn and Ludwigsburg are about 20 minutes away. During your stay I like to receive guests in person and show everything. I will provide my cell phone number 24 hours before arrival. Other things to note There is always enough free public parking in front of the house. Of course, you can also park directly on the property. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Your four-legged friends are welcome to come along
