Situated in the heart of the Essex countryside, yet by train, Liverpool Street to South Woodham Ferrers is 47 mins & then 10 mins in a cab). Distant views over the Blackwater Estuary & local views over the New Hall Wine Estate, the property is on the edge of the village of Purleigh, about 10 minutes’ walk from an historic pub (The Bell) & shop, where you can pick up supplies. The location is also just next to the 45-mile St Peter’s Way footpath and there is a bus link with the town of Maldon. Guest access The owner will meet and greet to show you around and how everything works. Our shepherd's hut is approximately 250 metres from the parking area, along a grass track, part of which is up an incline. So a reasonable level of mobility and suitable footwear is required. Other things to note Strictly no smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. No music louder than a normal conversation voice at any time.
