The treetop house in a resort on Lake QC

This villa is part of a mini nature resort, Quinta dos Carqueijais, on the Caniçada dam. The villa's surroundings are the treetops. The feeling of being surrounded by its branches is due to the fact that it is built into the mountain. The large windows that flank the entire house turn the high branches into natural neighbours, were they not the original residents of Gerês. The sounds of the branches and the rays of sunlight passing through the foliage create a calm atmosphere ideal for resting. The space Quinta dos Carqueijais Resort & Wellness can be described as a mini resort on the lake where every experience provides a real connection with nature. It has 6 villas, ranging from T1 to T6, all different and unique in construction, scattered in a plot full of gardens and viewpoints immediately adjacent to the Caniçada dam, with direct access to the river with 2 private piers. With the mission of finding a place where you can truly relax and forget all your worries, we offer a range of personalised experiences: a wellness area with a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, outdoor Finnish sauna and massages, adventurous jeep tours, romantic boat trips, hikes up to the highest viewpoint or down to unique waterfalls and much more. Finally, it's essential to visit the wellness area and relax in the middle of nature. Other things to note It's important to note that we have a full breakfast service, but no restaurant. However, we make it easy to contact and deliver food to the most typical restaurants in Gerês.
