This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. We provide you with a propane grill for easy cooking outside and some other kitchenette essentials. Please reach out with any questions about this unique spot! The space This is a studio living space with a kitchenette. Bathroom and showers are in the shared shower house on the property. It is located steps from the lake, with a private porch. this cottage does not have a dock space or any parking for a boat. You are located on a operating marina, with members and staff , that have their own rules and protocols. If you are not okay with space that has people or other animals this may not be the right fit. Guest access Entire space Other things to note There is no bathroom or shower inside the cottage , there is shared shower house on property a few steps away from the cottage (see pic), that only you and marina members have acceess to 24 hours. This is a kitchette and a propane grill that is provided for cooking. Please read everything carefully. We want to make sure this is a very clear description. You are onsite of a members only marina and you are sharing a bathroom and shower house. And there is NO full kitchen. This is a blend of camping and lakfront living. This means there are staff and members of the marina that have rules and protocols of their own, you are a guest on their property.
