If you like to cook or bake, you will enjoy our gourmet kitchen, stock with everything needed to prepare any meal: blender, instant hot water tap, Nespresso, toaster, etc. In the fall, please enjoy our shared backyard space with fire pit and grill! Guest access All areas of the home are open for you to use! Please note that the backyard is a shared space. Other things to note This is a second floor duplex (the unit comprises the 2nd and 3rd floors) and we are in a residential neighborhood with hard working neighbors who value peace and a good night's sleep. This is an older building and noise travels (mostly downwards), so if you think you may be on the noisier side, this may not be the right place for you. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Also, because this is an upstairs unit, if frequent use of stairs is difficult for your party, I'd recommend looking for a first floor unit or elevator building nearby. Please park any cars on the street in front of the home. No permit is required and the only time you won't be able to park on the street is during monthly street cleaning periods (which you can park on the opposite side of the street) and signs will be prominently displayed.
