Well-located house 450 meters from Itaguacu beach and 1 km from Forte beach, for those looking for tranquility and comfort. Large and spacious with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. Lawn for children to play on and lots of hammocks to relax in!!!! The space The space is spacious with lots of light and very airy!!!!! comfortable for a large number of people. Delicious barbecue area for a lot of chatting!!!! Other things to note SFS Tips Utilities Grocery stores Komprão Koch (next to Havan) - great supermarket with great prices. Ideal for larger purchases for the week. Litoral - there is one near the house, ideal for small and day-to-day purchases. Great bakery. And there is the biggest one in BR, good for bigger purchases. In high season, it gets pretty crowded. Chapecó - ideal for medium shopping and meat. Restaurants Exquisite Deck20 in the historic city of SFS - great restaurant with wonderful food and great view of the bay. Dom Veleiro - very close. Fine restaurant with good wines. Capri Iate Club - Marina restaurant open to the public. Sensational food and beautiful views of the Marina. Raiz Sabores do Mar - Fine dining. Very nice place. Buffet or per kilo Rui's Restaurant - in the forte, good seafood and good price. Herry - towards the cove, food by the kilo with quality. Bar do banana - at Prainha a Lacarte, in front of the beach. Good food and reasonable price. Zinho Batista - at Enseada, great seafood rotation. Fish Markets Fishmongers Close to the house and in front of the coastal market Several fish shops on BR towards Joinville. Fish can also be ordered from Rodnei, phone number is in the house. Beaches Itaguaçu - beach in front of the house. For me, it's the most beautiful beach in São Chico. Beautiful stretch of sand and very clear water. Calm sea ideal for the family. Great for good walks from the beginning to the end of the beach. Ubatuba - beach next to Itaguaçu. Similar to Itaguaçu with a beautiful boardwalk for nighttime strolls. Enseada - Busiest beach. Where there are several bars, restaurants and shops. Ideal for going at night after the beach, to go for a walk and see the shops and eat crepes. Or go to the busiest bars. Prainha and PG (Praia Grande) - beautiful beaches. Beach for young people, surfers and sports people. I really like to go there for a walk or go to the bars at night or take a walk along the waterfront. Ideal for surfing. Capri - a very nice place to go. Beautiful houses and where the boats and the Marina are. Ideal to go in the late afternoon for a walk. Take a dirt road but it's worth it. Praia do Forte - beautiful beach. The sunset is wonderful. Be sure to go. Very close to the house. Just take the asphalt directly. Ideal for children, there are no waves, very calm sea. Tourist attractions Historic Center of SFS - too beautiful. All Portuguese culture and architecture. And surrounded by the view of Babitonga Bay. Enjoy going to deck20. Forte da Marinha - a beautiful place to visit. See the old cannons and the view is wonderful. Pirate boat ride - in the cove at the exit. A very nice tour to get to know the islands.
