Welcome to Aregno, a small village that stretches between sea and mountain, located between Île-Rousse and Calvi! We offer a nice comfortable apartment of 40 m², ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 guests. The accommodation was renovated in autumn 2024 (new bedding, new living room furniture, decoration...). Ideal location in Balagne, with Aregno beach and its restaurants 400 m away, the city center 600 m away and a supermarket 50 m away. The space The accommodation is located in a small residence, close to all amenities. The entrance is after 3 small steps, through the terrace that opens onto the apartment: - living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area - fully equipped kitchen under a pretty vault - air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed and opening onto a 2nd terrace - bathroom with shower and toilet. - laundry area with washing machine Free parking in the residence Aregno beach is a 5-minute walk away, and local shops are just across the street from the residence (bakery and "Utile" store). Île Rousse is 7 km away and Calvi is 17 km away. Ideal base for visiting the most beautiful villages of Balagne (Corbara, Belgodère, Speloncato, Pigna, Sant'Antonino and many others...)
