The White House on Perch is located steps away from Perch Lake, Memorial Park (including the family water park), Evans Bosshard Park and the Sparta VFW. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown and a three-minute drive to the local golf course. Enjoy views of the lake from the front deck and upstairs porch area. This newly remodeled home offers plenty of space for multiple families or larger groups. The White House on Perch is in a perfect location to explore Sparta and to attend the city's events. The space The White House on Perch is unique in that it has a full kitchen on both floors and a full bath on both floors. It is a nice option for multiple families or larger groups. The private bedrooms are located on the second floor with a queen bed in each room. The first floor is an open area for gatherings with two queen sofa sleepers. There are no private bedrooms on first floor; however, there is plenty of room for air mattresses if guests bring them along on their trip. Two roomy back porches on both floors offer an extra area for relaxation. Also, a washer and dryer are located in the basement for guest use. Hosts provide toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags for the start of a booking, but for longer bookings, guests may have to purchase additional supplies. Guest access The White House on Perch is a key access vacation rental. Guests will be provided with the keys at check-in. Other things to note The White House on Perch does have a ramp to the front entrance for wheelchair access or for guests who struggle with stairs. The second floor is only accessible by stairs. There are off-street parking spaces available behind the house and also a space in the front of the house by the ramp. Toilet paper and paper towels are provided for the start of the stay. Guests will need to purchase more if the supply runs out.
