We provide a sincere and peaceful farm experience in a safe environment. The farm has lovely hiking trails through the gorgeous Karoo-veld and mountain bike trails on the quiet farm roads. Guests can enjoy picnics, swim in the plunge pool/ hot tub or in the farm dam, do some fishing or just relax while listening to the birds. The space The accommodation is a wonderful example of an environmentally friendly lifestyle and electricity is provided through solar panels and gas. There are two cottages on the farm against the slopes of the mountain, each of which is very secluded. Hemelrand and Gelukstroom both have the same facilities. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED A HIGH CLEARANCE CAR TO GET TO GELUKSTROOM. The units have two bedrooms with good quality linen, a fully equipped kitchen for a self-catering stay, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a living area with a veranda with a view over the mountains and dams. Each house has an indoor braai and a fire pit underneath the stars. Other things to note A minimum stay of 2 nights is required
