The Loft, in Dartmouth

Welcome to The Loft! A beautifully decorated home from home, two bedroom coach house where your total comfort has been thought of throughout. Perfectly situated on Little Cotton Farm, just at the top of the hill of the seaside town Dartmouth, within the South Hams area of outstanding natural beauty. We have private parking for one and the easily accessible park and ride just a stones throw away from the property, so you will never have to fight for a space! The space You have the entire property to enjoy :) Parking right outside the front door, the entrance leads to stairs up to ‘The Loft.’ ‘The Loft’ will greet you with a spacious open plan living and dining area and the perfectly appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, everything you would need from a "home from home" plus more. There are two bedrooms, one consisting of a double bed, and the other has the option of either a Super king or zip and link twin beds, whichever suits your family arrangements we can accommodate. The large family bathroom has both bath and shower facilities, illuminating anti-mist mirror and shaver point. Throughout The Loft you will find all your home comforts, modern tech, gadgets and luxuries to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Location: Enjoy the scenic countryside from your doorstep on a 40 minute walk to the Award winning beach, Blackpool sands, and a downhill 1.5 mile stroll into Historic Dartmouth, consider the bus back if you don't like hills :) Walkable to Sainsburys, Lidl, Leisure Centre and open air pool. Convenient bus route in and out of Dartmouth. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including the "games lounge" fitted out garage, and the available parking space. Other things to note Bins: Recycling is collected WEEKLY on Thursdays (Please take note of the recycling instructions inside the property) General waste is collected FORTNIGHTLY on Thursdays
