Please treat our home with respect and our neighbors the same. Other things to note - All amenities are offered in a clubhouse like setting and access granted with keycards. Keycards are available during your stay but there is a 100 dollar fee to replace cards so please keep track of the cards. The pool allows our STR guests to use the pool facility but they do charge five dollars per day. Please let us know if you plan on using the pool and we will register you with the office. -There are local seasonal events taking place year round. You can be a part of these events and dive into the community during your stay. -There are numerous hiking trails and seasonal hunting with license. -This area does have active wildlife including bears. Please be aware of this during your stay. The BBQ should be wiped down after use and trash locked up in receptacles.
