Outdoor living at its best! With outdoor amenities like a solar heated pool (no extra charge but weather dependent), jacuzzi with amazing views, gym, dining table, couches, TV, grill and games this is the place to spend time outside. The space The front yard is fully enclosed so very pet friendly. The bathroom was just remodeled and features a modern look with imported Spanish tiles, an oversized shower and dual vanities. Example itinerary for a day at home: You just woke up refreshed and had a great nights sleep on a comfortable mattress. You make your breakfast and head outside to eat on the outdoor dining table. After some relaxing you get yourself ready for a day in the sun and pool and prep for lunch. You drive 5 minutes down the street and pick up something to grill at the nearby Walmart, Sam’s club or target. Then you enjoy the pool, the various outdoor toys and lay out on the couch or the tanning beds. You grill up lunch on the outdoor grill while you prep some sides in the kitchen and enjoy it on the outdoor dinner table. Once finished you relax on the large outdoor sofas and watch some Netflix on the outdoor smart tv. Then it’s time for more time in the sun with jenga or any of the other toys and cool off in the pool again while you stream some music on the tv. For dinner you can make something in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy it either inside while watching the 80 inch smart tv or outside. After dinner I suggest you wind down in the jacuzzi and watch a spectacular sunset. The views of the valley and part of the city makes this the best seat in the house. Other things to note Fireplace is for decoration purposes only and does not work. Pet fees apply. Be sure to add your pet 2 dog max to the reservation prior to booking. Note that the pool heater is solar powered. This means that water is pumped through panels on the roof, heated by the sun and then pumped back to the pool. This is why I can offer a heated pool with no extra charge. But it’s weather dependent so if it’s cold or cloudy then it won’t materially heat up the pool. In winter it’s possible but rare to have it warm enough to swim. Feel free to ask for details on any of the above. The jacuzzi heats up regardless of weather. Property consists of 2 airbnbs. There’s a small guest suite attached to the house. Nothing is shared with this unit except the driveway and trashcans. They do not have access or visibility into the backyard.
