This family home is housed on a large natural plot of 9000M2 with typically local vegetation. It consists of an entrance hall which allows a well-thought-out distribution in the spaces. Life Part: A large living room area, a dining room and open kitchen. All bathed in light by large bay windows which give access to the different terraces and the different species of trees in the large garden. A large library also links with the night area. Night Part: 3 suites with bathroom and toilet and 1 child's bedroom with 4 beds. A toilet and sink are also available in the entrance hall. An outbuilding adjoining the main house also offers a bedroom with shower room and toilet. The large swimming pool is secure and offers an absolutely sublime panoramic view as well as from the dining terraces. The sunsets there are spectacular. You can park several vehicles under shaded spaces and even a lean-to. Between pines, oaks and olive trees, the land is natural and distributed in terraces (levels). You can stroll along the scrubland paths departing from the house. The house is entirely air-conditioned except for the outbuilding. The place is very quiet and the sounds are those of nature. The village is a 10-minute leisurely walk away. There you will find a bakery and mainly small shops. The closest town is Sommières and you will surely find pleasure in discovering it or strolling through the market & flea market on Saturday mornings. Aubais is rich in heritage as are the surrounding areas. There is a party every Thursday evening in one of the interior gardens. The atmosphere is certainly magical and you will find local winegrowers and something to enjoy. This is the only time when we can hear music from the house and without it really bothering us and allowing us to extend the evening "Des Jeudis d'Aubais". Aubais also has its 100% local festival at the beginning of August like all the villages of Gard with the bulls and horses of the Camargue. Nîmes is 25 km away. Montpellier, its famous large beaches as well as Montpellier airport are 30/35 km away. In the Gard, discover La Camargue, Aigues-Mortes and its Salins, Les Saintes Maries de la Mer, Le Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nîmes with the arenas, the Maison Carrée and the Fontaine gardens, the Navacelles cirque, the Bambouseraie in Anduze, the Trabuc caves, Salamandre & Cocalière.
