Located away from the street, overlooking a small courtyard, it is in the heart of the city center but quiet. This property can accommodate up to 2 guests. Designed as a hotel room, you will have all the comforts you need. The property is equipped with a closet area. We provide all necessary linens in this home. This includes: - 1 set of sheets per bed - 1 bath towel per person - 1 bath mat - 1 dish towel For your comfort, we provide you with 2 high pillows and 2 low pillows according to your preferences. Our cleaning fee guarantees you impeccable cleanliness and impeccable linens. You will also have at your disposal: coffee, tea, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, oil, vinegar, a garbage bag, salt and pepper. Ice cubes are also waiting for you in the fridge! Guest access 🔑 The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible from a common courtyard. You have to climb a few steps to access it, it is quiet and set back from the street. ❗️ A lockbox will allow you to access it independently. It is a 5-minute walk from the property because it is forbidden to put key boxes in the historic center. When you check out, you will have to put the key back in the same box. You will have access to the entire place. Other things to note 🔑 For parking, here are your options: -> Spaces on adjacent streets (paid from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - free outside these hours and Sundays/public holidays) -> Paid underground parking: Les Lices Parking or Hoche Parking or Kléber Parking 🔑 For your travels: The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Saint-Anne or Saint-Germain metro station, a 15-minute walk from the train station and in the historic city center of Rennes, close to amenities. Free Wi-Fi access. 🔑 Note: Smoking is PROHIBITED on the terrace of the apartment because the smoke enters the rooms of the residents who are above.
