As such there may be times shared areas, like the kitchen, may not be 100% clean because it is constantly used by all guests. Please keep that in mind when booking a room in a shared space. The space This room is a beautiful cozy room inside a stylish house in Tacoma, WA. It has an attached private 3/4 bathroom, a closet, a smart TV, blackout shades, and a workspace. This room shares the living, dining, kitchen, and laundry areas with other guests. To give our guests their own space for storing supplies and pantry items, there are designated private cabinets per room within the kitchen and laundry areas. The house features 2 levels: the dining and kitchen areas on the main level, living and laundry on the lower level. This room is located on the lower level. The reservation comes with one free parking on the property. Other property features include central heating/AC, keypad locks, Wi-Fi, and complimentary bi-weekly cleaning of the shared areas. The house is newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, and designed with your comfort in mind. No expenses were spared to make each room the perfect home away from home. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the private Room #7, the attached private 3/4 bathroom, and the shared kitchen/living/dining/laundry areas. In the Bedroom: full size bed, closet, desk and chair, blackout curtains, blinds, a smart TV, and a set of sheets and towels! In the Bathroom: shower, single sink vanity, toilet, hair dryer. In the shared spaces: Shared Laundry: two washer and dryer stacks, iron with ironing board, designated storage space per room for laundry supplies. Shared Kitchen : full kitchen equipped with the essentials, microwave, toaster, range with oven, two full size fridges, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, and designated cabinet space per room for your pantry items. Shared Dining Room: large dining table Shared Living Room: comes with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Access to the house and to each room is secure with keypad entry. Each guest has a separate code for safety. All locks auto lock after opening to insure security. During your stay Owner does not live in the house. All other rooms are also rented out to traveling guests. Owner does stop by during room resets, maintenance, or to show the house to new potential guests. Owner can be reached anytime through Airbnb messaging, text/call on cellphone. Other things to note No pets allowed. If renter plans to have visiting/overnight guests, must inform the host every time and obtain approval. This room is in a house shared with multiple guests. This means that there may be times shared areas, like the kitchen, may not be 100% clean because it is constantly used by all guests. For example, if you are not ok with dishes in the sink from time to time this may not be the best accommodation for you. We have house rules that ask all guest to keep things clean after use and we provide complimentary bi-weekly cleaning of the shared spaces. But as the shared spaces are actively in use it can get a little messy sometimes. So please keep that in mind when booking a room in a shared space.
