A very well located apartment between the beaches of the center and 4-island beach, 400 meters away, with easy access also to other beaches, the most distant being about 8 km. We have supermarkets, a square, cafeterias and restaurants on the avenue, which is 400 meters away. My residence is located at the top and my work is very close, so it is easy to meet my guests' needs. There are 2 apartments for rent downstairs, with a covered garage, barbecue area... and my house upstairs, giving guests more security. My husband and I made a point of welcoming our guests, as we work in a cafeteria with natural juices and açaí very close to the residence.
