Great for a tourist or pro stay. Discover the vineyards of Fronsadais, Libournais, Saint-Émilionnais and Blayais. Quick access to the Atlantic beaches (45 min). Comfort, tranquility and ideal location in the heart of Gironde! The space You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: 🛏️ A 140x200 bed, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, 🍽️ An indoor and outdoor dining area without overlooking, 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, induction stove, kettle, utensils... 🚿 A bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels are provided. All the shops for basic necessities are a 5-minute walk away: Carrefour Contact, bakery, pizzeria, greengrocer, newsagent, pharmacy...
