Beautiful house on the Siuslaw River is perfect for fishing, time with the family, or an adventure in the Pacific Northwest. This cozy house has a cabin feel and can sleep six in beds - there are a queen and king bed on the main floor, and three twins up in the bonus room, in the finished attic (kids' space). This little gem has one bathroom to share, but tons of living space for everyone to have a nook to themselves - two living areas with kitchen in between, wrap-around deck, plus a basement with washer/dryer, and a card table and chairs for late night card players. The back of the house has views of the river and surrounding coast range. There are three houses on this river front property that can be rented individually, or together for a larger group. Each house is free-standing and independent of one another - only yard and river front are shared. The driveway is big enough for an RV, or ATV trailer. The property is a long narrow 1.25 acres, with all houses up close to the river. Neighbors are similarly situated. Mapleton is a small town nestled in the coast range, on the edge of the Siuslaw National Forest, and has a cafe, bar, store and coffee shop. Florence is only 15 miles away, where you will find groceries, restaurants, a casino, and beach adventures. Whether you're bringing your kayaks to test the local streams, a devoted fisherman, or just want to sleep late and enjoy some books, this river house is exactly what you'd hope it would be. There is no cell service at the house, but we do have Starlink wifi and a landline phone. This is where you go to disconnect, catch up on reading and make family memories.
