Conveniently located within walking distance of Scheuermann Vineyard & Winery and a two minute drive into the heart of Westport. 5 minute drive to Foley Mountain Provincial park. Amazing fishing and very quiet lake for enjoying out on the boat, located down a private lane for peace and relaxing. The space The Pearl Of Sand Lake is a modern all season paradise with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, beautiful open concept kitchen and living room with a large dock for relaxing and swimming. Can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The cottage is equipped with a/c, electric heat in all rooms and electric fireplace in the living room. The kitchen comes fully stocked for preparing and enjoying meals together ( pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes, bowls, Tupperware, cutlery etc). Other kitchen convconveniences include all brand new appliances with Propane cookstove, coffee maker, toaster, pot filler and kettle. Enjoy meals at the island while admiring the beautiful views of the lake. The open concept living and dinning space is the perfect spot for family meals, entertainment and movie night. cozy up on the leather couch by the electric fireplace and enjoy a move on the 65" TV. The oversized dock is perfect for multiple boats. It has plenty of room for lounging and sun tanning while the kids swim around. Shallow walk in shore line and deep enough to jump off the dock. Plenty of seating around the firepit for some delicious smores and story time with friends and family. Play structure for the kids to entertain themselves. Room for 4 vehicles and a boat launch and public beach minutes down the road. Westport is a 2 minute drive with grocery store, lcbo, beer store, gas station, restaurants and small shops to explore. Winery is walking distance away. Foley Mountain trails for the adventures, 30 minutes to historical Perth and 45 minutes to beautiful Kingston. No pets allowed, thank you.
