Guest access Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. Check-in: We offer a seamless self-check-in experience via a secure lockbox located at the building’s entrance. Full instructions and the access code will be shared with you 48 hours before your arrival. The Building: Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor of a historic Bath building. Access is via several flights of stairs, which rewards you with those stunning skyline views! You are welcome to arrive at your convenience anytime after our standard 16:00 check-in time. Other things to note Please note: As this is a top-floor apartment with stunning views, there are several flights of stairs to climb. It’s a great workout, but something to keep in mind regarding luggage and accessibility! A Note for Our Taller Guests: Being a characterful top-floor Georgian House Bath apartment, the ceiling height is approximately 6'3" (190cm) throughout. If you are on the taller side, it may feel a little 'cosy' in places! We like to be upfront so there are no surprises upon arrival. City Centre Living: As we are centrally located near the city's best bars and restaurants, you may experience some typical city sounds. We provide a peaceful escape, but if you are a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs just in case! Georgian Character: We love our historic building, but please note that like many Georgian properties in Bath, there are some characteristic quirks. Unloading Luggage: While there is no parking on-site, you can usually pull up briefly on the double yellow lines across the road from the apartment building entrance to drop off your bags before heading to the long-stay car park. We recommend doing this after 18:00 for the easiest experience. Luggage Tip: As there is no lift, we recommend packing 'light' where possible! If you have very heavy suitcases, please take your time on the stairs - the views from the top are well worth the effort. Rubbish & Recycling: To keep our historic building tidy, we ask that no rubbish is left in the communal hallways. Specific instructions on where to take your recycling and waste during your stay are located in our digital guest guide. Safety First: We have a full digital guest guide available upon booking which includes locations of the fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and emergency contact numbers. Please familiarise yourself with these upon arrival. Our Availability: While we offer self-check-in for your convenience, we are available via the app from 09:00 to 19:00 for general enquiries.
