Sun-filled, fully renovated 4BR (plus TV room, with comfy single bed) , 2.5 bath triplex on tree-lined block in the heart of Fort Greene. Modern chef's kitchen with high end appliances. 5 min walk to almost all subway lines. Central AC, private yard, washer/dryer, internet, and projection screen in living room with Apple TV and streaming services. Plenty of linens and towels for all rooms. Total privacy and quiet. Please reach out w questions. We treat our home with love, and hope you will too! The space The backyard is fully set up with a gas grill, fire pit, table and chairs. There is a cedar fence all around for privacy. Please note that due to NYC law, we must be present for stays under 30 days. In that case it would be a room rental. For a stay 30+ days, we would not be present. Guest access While all spaces and bedrooms are available, we will close off a few personal closets and cabinets. Feel free to use kitchen staples - spices, etc. (there are lots available!) - but please be respectful of other dry goods and supplies. The entrance to our house is up the stoop, entering into the main "parlor" floor with living room, open kitchen with eat-in island, and dining room. All 4 (or 4.5) bedrooms are upstairs--2 king bedrooms on the top floor, and 2 doubles (plus the TV room with another single bed) on the floor below. During your stay We can answer any questions you might have by email, text or phone. Feel free to reach out any time! Other things to note We have two sweet gentle indoor cats. We do keep our home free of cat hair but can board them during your stay if you prefer, or if you are allergic. You will have total privacy and quiet during your stay.
