The vacation home has been family-owned for 60 years. The furnishings are absolutely unique, and there is a story behind almost every piece of furniture. The house is surrounded by greenery and invites you to unwind. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start practically at the front door. Eichenbach is a picturesque village of 70 inhabitants with an inn. The Nürburgring and Adenau are 15 minutes away by car, and the Ahr Valley is about 3 km away. The space The property borders a forest, a meadow and another vacation home. The hiking tours and mountain bike trails literally start at the adjacent path. The vacation home has two floors: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with panoramic views and access to the terrace. There is also another room (which can be used as a bedroom if necessary), a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a small but fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor (which can be reached via a staircase that is not barrier-free), there are two bedrooms, each with two beds. The house is heated by a tiled stove, which is very cozy but requires a little experience in handling. The bathroom also has electric heating. Therefore, I generally offer it as a summer house. Guest access Guests have use of the entire house and the surrounding garden. Other things to note ⚠️ The upper floor is not accessible. To reach the two upper bedrooms, you have to use a steep staircase. Small children can only use these when accompanied. The stairs are not suitable for pets.
