Mornings begin with soft eastern light, while evenings bring warm sunsets over the Sound. Other things to note • Three flights of stairs up to the unit (no elevator) • Window AC unit in bedroom for warmer days • Quiet building. No parties, shoes-off in the unit, and mindful noise especially from 10 pm to 8 am. • Two guest max. • No smoking.
