Old farmhouse full of character

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the countryside, surrounded by greenery, this peaceful farmhouse renovated in 2022 includes 7 bedrooms with double beds. Guests can enjoy a pond, as well as swings and plenty of lawn to enjoy the outdoors. The property is located: - 10 minutes from the highway - 40 minutes from Le Mans - 1h40 from Saint Malo - 2 hours 10 minutes from Paris Nearby, you will enjoy the Château de Sainte-Suzanne and the caves of Saulges. Other things to note For the beds, we obviously provide the duvets and pillows. We can provide duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases for a flat fee of €110, but we leave the future occupants to make the beds (this is the cost of professional cleaning). As a reminder, there is 1 160 cm bed, 1 120 cm bed, and 5 140 cm beds. The coffee pod machine is a Senséo. Coffee maker and kettle are also available. We added a garden furniture with 2 armchairs and 1 2 seater sofa. As well as a large wooden table with 10 comfortable armchairs. We can offer you the rental of towels (€60) and pool towels (also €60).
