Old farmhouse full of character

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the countryside, surrounded by greenery, this peaceful longhouse renovated in 2022 includes 7 bedrooms with double beds. You can enjoy a pond, as well as swings and lots of lawn to enjoy the outdoors. Property is at: - 10mn from the highway - 40mn from Le Mans - 1h40 from Saint Malo - 2h10 from Paris Nearby, you will enjoy the Château de Sainte-Suzanne and the caves of Saulges. Other things to note For beds, we obviously provide duvets and pillows. We can provide duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases for a fee of €80, but we let future occupants make the beds. As a reminder, there is 1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 120, 5 beds of 140. The coffee pod machine is a Senséo. Coffee maker and kettle available as well. We added a garden furniture with 2 armchairs and 1 2 seater sofa.
