Home in Plymouth
Description
This two-bedroom, upper level space is minutes from the charming village of Elkhart Lake and walking distance from Little Elkhart Lake and Road America. We've been vacationing in the area for decades, and we're thrilled to share this home with guests. "Turn 15" is a great home base for racing or golfing, enjoying Elkhart Lake, or taking advantage of Lake Michigan and all the great things to do nearby. We often use the lower level of this home, with the secure, separate upstairs ready for you! The space You'll have a separate entrance and access to the entire upper level of the home: a large, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area (with a queen size pull-out sofa), primary bedroom (with queen bed and full en-suite bathroom), second bedroom (with queen bed), extra full bathroom, laundry room, and covered porch with grill. The "Little House" outbuilding is not suitable for sleeping, but we store extra supplies there for your use: lawn chairs, cooler, life jackets, etc. We also have a canoe and kayak available with a dolly to take them down to the lake. There is an outdoor security camera under the deck viewing the birdfeeder area in the backyard. We have had a problem with what must be a larger animal taking and damaging the feeders. That is the only reason the camera is there, to monitor wildlife in that area. Guest access Full upper level is secured and ready for your use, including covered porch off the side of the home. You're also welcome to use the gas grill, garage top deck, "She Shed" porch, and side yard. Just be aware there are steps involved in our hillside home! Other things to note No smoking and no loud parties, please! We live in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood (when racecars are not running!) and like to be respectful of the neighbors.
