Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the village of Örum in the heart of Österlen! From here, it is close to everything Österlen has to offer; beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden. The house is about 25 square meters and newly-renovated, fully-equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house overlooking rolling fields! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios. The space The guest house is a smaller house on the property - originally built to be the entire village's freezer! The house consists of a large room where there is a generous kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, TV bench with storage, dining area, armchairs & a tall cabinet. The kitchen is renovated in 2024 and fully equipped. It has fridge with freezer compartment, stove, fan, oven & microwave. Fresh bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is renovated in the nineties. Yard & Patio The garden of 1600 square meters is secluded and with beautiful trees and flowers. There is plenty of room for play and socializing. The garden is shared with Skånegården, but the patios are separate and it is very undisturbed. Just outside the door is a small seating area with morning and morning sun Seating area on a terrace on the lawn with sun in the afternoon/evening. Barbecue available and bicycles can be borrowed. For those who want to get around without a car, there are bicycles to borrow. In the village there are boules courts and it is only about 1 km to Örums Nygård (Spa & restaurant) and Örum 119 (Pizzeria, ice cream shop and bakery with morning buns) Guest access You have the house and two patios for yourselves. The garden and driveway are shared with the larger house. There is plenty of room for everyone! Other things to note Wifi included Free parking Towels, bed linens, simple spices, toilet paper & coffee are included. Cleaning is included in the price. There are bicycles to borrow. Coal grill is available.
