With two bedrooms (king bed and two long singles), central heating, polished floorboards, gleaming galley kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, a second toilet and separate lounge and dining areas, the house is luxuriously appointed, very cosy and extremely comfortable. There is off street parking for two vehicles and a very private garden with BBQ at the rear. Guest access BCentral is totally self contained. There is a front verandah that overlooks one of the prettiest heritage blocks in Bathurst and a rear garden that offers a very private garden sanctuary.
