Argemonia opens its doors to you, just a few minutes from the center of the village of Saint-Emilion and in the heart of the vineyard. The house has all the facilities for a relaxing and discovery stay, with family or friends. The space The neat decor offers a "home-like" experience while offering an optimal level of comfort. The ground floor consists of: - an open entrance to the living/dining room. The table is a rectangular wooden table that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. - a modern, fully equipped kitchen. - a shower room with double sink and toilet. The house has 2 staircases, each serving a part of the house. The staircase located in the kitchen serves: - a "mezzanine" space with sofa bed (sleeps 2 - 2 children or 1 adult - only ON REQUEST - additional laundry costs to be expected) - one bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage. - a second bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage. The staircase located in the entrance serves, on 2 levels: - a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its private shower room - a second bedroom with private shower room and double bed (160 x 200 cm). All bedrooms have a TV and a safe. The house opens onto a garden with dining table and parasol, garden furniture, sunbathing and a small swimming pool (unheated - 5.5 m x 3 m - with alarm). Guest access You have access to the entire house. A cellar, belonging to the property, is attached to the house. Access is via the garden. We may need to ask you, during your stay, for access to the garden so that we can go to the cellar. We will of course respect your privacy and tranquility. Other things to note The house is located in the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard, surrounded by vines and properties. You can be the spectators of maintenance, cleaning or treatment actions of the vineyard that surrounds the house.
