Furnished independent house (51 m²) renovated consisting of: equipped kitchen-living room, with sofa bed (140 cm), private covered terrace with barbecue; upstairs bedroom with double bed (140 cm), bathroom and mezzanine (120 cm and 80 cm beds). In front of the cottage, a terrace area with garden table, facing southwest. Parking. Ideally located 5 min from the Tarn Valley and the beach/canoe of Trébas. All shops within 10 min. The space The accommodation consists of the following: Ground floor: a living room with table, chairs, TV, double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A large private covered terrace with table and barbecue area. In front of the gite, a sunny terrace area with lawn and garden table, facing southwest. Upstairs: a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm, dressers, bathroom (shower, toilet). Mezzanine: 1 bed 120 x 182 cm and an extra bed 80 x 180 cm. No cleaning fee as cleaning is to be done by guests before key handover on departure. In case of non-cleaning, a cleaning fee of 50 euros will be charged. Before departure: - Clean the cottage (vacuum cleaner, bathroom). - Leave the kitchen tidy and clean. - Close the windows. - Take out the garbage. - Leave used linens and towels in the place indicated by message. Other things to note Discount applied for week(s) and full month. Rest of the year: 2 days minimum if possible. Provision of sheets and towels with a supplement of 5 euros per person per week, to be paid on site. Ideally located in a quiet small hamlet of the village of Cadix, 5 min from the beautiful Tarn Valley and Trébas beach. All shops and services in Trébas and Réquista (10 min). Albi is 30 minutes away, Rodez 45 minutes, Millau, its viaduct and the Gorges du Tarn, 1 hour, Toulouse 1 hour 15 minutes. It is therefore an ideal base between the South-West and the Massif Central. Swimming enthusiasts can enjoy Trébas Beach, Poun Beach (Ambialet), Villefranche de Panat and Pareloup Lakes.
