Gite furnished in an old building dating from the 18th century. Nice house to rest after your day of work but also to spend good times with family and friends. The location of the cottage: - 15 km from Meaux (train station) line P Meaux/Paris Gare de l'Est: 25 min - 45 km from Disneyland and Parc Astérix - 25 km from CDG Airport - 35 km from Villepinte Exhibition Center - 60 km from Paris The space On the ground floor you will find an entrance, an equipped kitchen open to the living room with direct access to the garden with terrace, toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 independent bedrooms and a bathroom + toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 independent bedrooms and a bathroom + toilet. Guest access The cottage is a townhouse with owners. Other things to note Noisy festive events are not possible in the gîte. The capacity of the house is 8 people maximum during the day and night. No smoking inside the gîte. An electricity meter reading will be taken upon arrival and then upon departure, electricity consumption will be charged at the end of the stay at the current EDF rate in force.
