Welcome to Sola, a charming villa located in a very quiet residential area called “ La Viña” by Benissa, just 5-minute. drive from the coast road connecting the refined towns of Moraira and Calpe. Follow the coast road while enjoying unrivalled views over the sea and its various coves and enjoy its various bars and restaurants that can be explored there. Moraira and Calpe have become major hotspots for anyone in search of the true Mediterranean feeling with their superb beaches and diverse ameni The space The drive welcomes us with parking space for 3 cars, which leads us to the other side of the villa, where a spacious terrace surrounds the private swimming pool together with sunbeds, an exterior shower, a secluded covered dining area in a wild-like surrounding due to its lively garden and a BBQ. The lively Mediterranean garden will provide you with a paradise-like holiday experience due to its well-equipped outdoor furniture. The interior of this villa is set on two storeys: from the pool level, we find direct access from the covered space into a separate apartment with a cozy living area together with an open kitchenette and one double bedroom with A/C and its shower room. External stairs lead us to the upper level of this lovely home, where a conservatory lounge welcomes us leading into a dining/living room with Sat+TV. A fitted kitchen, one double and another twin bedroom, both with A/C sharing a shower room complete this beautiful home filled with light and life. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
