The space Two queen bedrooms plus a kids’ bunk room (sleeps 4). Open kitchen for long family dinners, 65" Smart TV for movie nights, and a downstairs games room (ping-pong, Pac-Man, Wii). BBQ patio, front deck with filtered ocean views, beach chairs and umbrella, strong Wi-Fi, and laundry so you can pack light. Guests have the whole home and outdoor areas; owner storage and shed remain locked. Interaction with guests We’re about an hour away, message us anytime via the app. We can arrange a quick in-person handover if helpful. Other details to note Pet-friendly: well-behaved dogs welcome (bring bedding; no pets on furniture; please clean up). Quiet residential street, no parties/schoolies; respect local quiet hours. Guest access The house is accessed via a door at the rear of the property next to the undercover parking for three cars (There’s also plenty of off street parking for when friends drop by). You have access to the entire property except for locked storage areas and shed. Other things to note The owner and occupants must comply with the relevant provisions of the Mornington Peninsula Shire Councils Community Amenity Local Law 2022 and Short Stay Accommodation Local Law 2018 and any relevant Code of Conduct made under these laws.
